In Brighstone in the early 1800's local craftsmen, farm workers and their families worshipped in barns or even in the open air. In 1837 they built a small one-roomed Chapel on the outskirts of the village and this building served as a place of worship for 160 years.

In 1999 a new building was opened, on a carefully landscaped site near the centre of the village, where it is possible to extend outreach and service to the community in active co-operation with other Christians in the Brighstone area.

Our mission is to be a friendly and welcoming presence in the village and to show the work of God and His Kingdom to the people there in all our activities.

All visitors, holidaymakers or IOW residents are assured of a warm welcome at our Sunday services, our Open Doors Coffee Mornings or at any of our other activities.

If you would like to book the premises, please contact Alison Harding, Tel.740016.
